Go straight to the put, he/she wants to know your proof of interest, wants to know your background knowledge of what have made up and how you might be representing your past company also shows how you would be keeping their image as well. Do some research to know more about the company interview you are standing in. You should know their service front to back and you should also be aware of any issues that they are currently facing.
- How were your roles with your last boss? I hated my last boss!
As a good professional, bad statement about old managers and colleagues will only reflect negatively on you; that if hired you might leave and mention bad statement about the image of the company or its persons. The hiring manager might assume you were one of the problems.

If you are well prepared with all the details of the company. You prepare to decide what you wanted to know about the role of the organization that you have come in for the interview. Even if your questions have already been covered, ask the interviewer to clarify or go into more details will show your interest politely. It also foretold that you are fit for the job.
- Did you have any weakness in the job? I don’t think have any weaknesses.
When you tell your interviewer you have no weaknesses it means practically you are saying you’re perfect. This question will almost certainly come up, so prepare an answer in your heart that puts a positive spin on your weakness
